Chehalem Workshop: Focaccia Making Class

Join us at Chehalem for a hands-on evening with our Chef de Cuisine, Brent Spangler. You’ll learn how to make focaccia from scratch, prepping your dough to take home and bake fresh. After the class, enjoy Brent’s house-made focaccia with a curated bar of delicious toppings to create your own loaded slice. Your first glass of wine is included, with additional wines available for purchase.
