Best Barrel Day
It’s one of our most-anticipated events each year!
Spend the day at our winery tasting through four hand-selected barrels that best showcase the 2016 vintage from our three estate vineyards.
Enjoy live music featuring The Whiskey Darlings, sample current releases and savor gourmet hot dogs dished-up by our guest chefs!
We’re welcoming the collaborative talents of chefs from the Culinary Program at the Technical School of Silkenborg in Denmark and the Cascade Culinary Institute in Bend.
Olympia Provisions is providing all sausages and additional menu items!
