DESCRIPTION:Yoga and Wine? Yes please! Wind down your weekend by pampering yourself with a 45 minute all level, non-heated Vinyasa class at Chehalem’s beautiful indoor tasting room. After yoga, enjoy a glass of red or white wine as you mingle.\nThis event is limited to 25 participants to ensure everyone has ample space to practice and play. You do not need to be a member of Pure 8 Hot Yoga or Chehalem Winery to join in on the fun.\nPurchase your tickets in advance to secure your spot and please don’t forget to bring your yoga mat!\nAbout Instructor:\nJeannette was introduced to yoga in 1998. Her positive experiences opened her eyes to the rewarding mental and physical benefits yoga cultivated. In 2003, she began teaching yoga in fitness and recreational establishments. She completed her first 200 hour yoga training at Amrita with Sarahjoy Marsh in Portland in 2006 and a one year mentorship with Leslie Ellis at HeartSong Yoga. She completed her second 200 Hour Yoga Certification with Core Power in Hot Power Fusion and Hot Yoga in April of 2013. Throughout this road, Jeannette feels lucky to guide and be guided to the door home through breath and movement. In her free time, you can find Jeannette with her husband and two kiddos hiking, camping and playing outdoors.\n
